On June 16, the best projects of the Volga-Ural macroregion were presented at the International RUSSIA EXPO as part of the "Space of the Future" forum.

Andrei Zhukov, CEO of JSC "Penzensky Dairy Plant" spoke about the development program of the enterprise. According to him, it includes reconstruction and increase of production in order to enter new emerging markets by launching a comprehensive reconstruction of the existing production, including the baby food shop, reconstruction of unused premises and organization of two new production sites for the production of cream cheese and cream. The complex reconstruction of the production facilities implies integration into the current technological chains, as well as building new ones for the production of goods. Production sites include a full cycle from receiving and preparation of raw materials to packaging of finished products for further transportation to the end customer.

"JSC Dairy Plant 'Penzensky' is the largest milk processing enterprise in the Penza region. It is a leader in the production of milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, fermented milk products, cottage cheese desserts and baby food in the region," said Andrei Zhukov.

Inna Rybalkina, Chief Specialist of the Department of Youth Policy of the Orenburg region, presented the youth centre "Youth of the Orenburg Region".

"In 2023, as part of the implementation of the program of comprehensive development of youth policy in the Orenburg region, the youth centre "Youth of Orenburg region" opened in Orenburg after major repairs of part of the premises with an area of 1412 m2. Currently, the youth centre is a point of unification and concentration of youth of the city and region, a space where young people can find support and resources for their development," said Inna Rybalkina.

The activity of the youth centre is aimed at creating a modern, interesting and useful environment — a point of attraction that will help young people with different interests and aspirations to find talents, realize their projects and dreams in their native region.

Two projects from the Samara region were also presented during the event. Liliya Shagiyeva, chief manager of the group of service development and customer experience of the department of design and operation of information systems and resources of SBI "Digital Region" told about the infrastructure project "Samara Region Resident Card".

"The project combines the application of domestic developments in the field of payments based on the use of the national payment system "Mir" and modern approaches in addressing the issues of improving public and municipal administration based on the realization of the principle of targeting the provision of support measures and services to certain categories of citizens," said Liliya Shagiyeva.

Implementation of the project allows to use national payment instruments for targeted provision of social support measures, to increase the share of non-cash payments, as well as to improve digital literacy of socially vulnerable segments of the population. The resident's card is a single key to various services related to transportation infrastructure, social security and medical care. It contains data about the owner, functions as a bank card, an electronic travel card, and also serves as an analog of a compulsory health insurance policy and a key to the intercom.

"The project is aimed at involving young people in project activities, creating conditions for the formation of practical skills of social design, continuous support of potential and current grantees," Victoria Khorkina pointed out.
