The RUSSIA EXPO hosted a tournament of ditties singers
The contestants demonstrated their abilities and
talents in singing ditties and instantly composing them right on stage in front
of the jury and participants of the event.
General Director of the Moscow Institute for Creative
Initiatives Nadezhda Grigorieva - who is a member of the jury - spoke about the
tournament, the participants, and what it was necessary to do to win.
"We
had a total of 10 participants and three rounds. In the end, we chose the four
best contenders from them. Contestants need to compete in their knowledge of
ditties. Each of the stages was different from each other. In the second stage
it was necessary to compose a ditty to an existing text. The last stage was
held in the format of a duet, when they had to win over the opponent in their
art,"- said Nadezhda Grigorieva.
She added that the jury also took into account the
artistry and activity of the participants of the event.
According to the results of the competition, the
victory was awarded to four participants, one of whom shared her impressions of
the tournament.
"Some brought a ditty from Tver, some from
Lipetsk. I would like to note that the ditties themselves in each region differ
from each other in the manner of singing. The feelings and emotions with which
you sing it are also important," said Alexandra Shpakova.
The performance took place as part of the international Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth."
One of the tracks of the Open Dialogue is "Investments in Human Capital." The pitch session on this topic brought together over 30 speakers.
One of the key topics for discussion within the initiative became "Investments in Connectivity," which attracted 24% of the essay authors about the future of the world.
