The Republic of Karelia is preparing its exposition for the International RUSSIA EXPO. The stand will be equipped with an interactive platform "Friendship Corner", where materials and manuals for children on the topic of interethnic relations will be presented.

Young visitors will be able to study on their own. For example, they will get acquainted with fairy tales of the peoples of Karelia, in the audible format as well. They will also be offered thematic workbooks and coloring books "Fidgets and the magic tree", which tells about the culture of different peoples of the republic. Methodological aids have been prepared by the Ministry of National and Regional Policy of Karelia with the participation of expert communities.

The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held at the VDNH. It will be opened on November 4 and will continue its work until April 12. All 89 Russian regions will prepare their expositions. In addition, the subjects of the Russian Federation will be able to present their achievements, cultural and tourist potential within the framework of the Days of Regions. Representatives of authorities, corporations, public organizations and foreign countries will take part in the exposition.
