The National Centre RUSSIA and the Russian State Library for Youth will work together on projects aimed at reviving the interest of schoolchildren and students in literature, including science fiction. For instance, in November 2024, the National Centre RUSSIA became a partner of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in promoting and developing science fiction in the country. The annual flagship event of the initiative "Working with Experience and Designing the Future," the international Symposium "Inventing the Future," is held at the National Centre’s venues as part of the Decade of Science and Technology.
The Russian
State Library for Youth has donated a collection of science fiction books to
the National Centre RUSSIA. These works were written by students of the
Literary Workshop led by writer Sergei Lukyanenko.
