The National Centre RUSSIA presents the prize to the winners of the All-Russian Science Fiction Literary Award. The official Award Ceremony will take place on 7 October 2025, as part of the II International Symposium "Inventing the Future" at the National Centre RUSSIA. The ceremony will be one of the key events of the forum dedicated to the interaction of science, technology and science fiction.

This prize combines images that are close to the very nature of sci-fi. From one perspective, it is a spaceship, a symbol of daring, scientific search and movement to the stars. From the other, it resembles a kid’s whirligig, a spinner, the embodiment of the eternal rotation of life, harmony and balance.

This sign can be stared at endlessly: it seems to balance between technology and poetry, between reality and a dream. It contains the energy of progress and the breath of imagination. This is what science fiction should be — bold, precise, lively, able to combine the impossible. And that's why we love it — for its ability to discover the future and turn fiction into meaning.

The Science Fiction Literary Award aims to develop initiatives to design the future and promote this genre of literature. In 2025, works published over the past period and nominated by experts in four categories will be eligible for participation: "Piece of Fiction", "Visual Image" (comics, illustrations), "Translation", and "Publishing Project" (books and audiobooks).

The National Centre RUSSIA supports significant cultural initiatives that shape development directions and create new opportunities for the popularization of science fiction in our country.
