On 7 September, a festive programme will take place to mark the opening of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in the Primorye region. The event will begin at 16:00 local time outside the Centre’s building at 4 Batareynaya Street. Admission is free for all visitors.

The programme will feature a performance by the TES’LA band, a flag parade, the "The Beautiful Faraway" dance flash mob, and a concert with local groups and a special guest — singer Eva Polna. The ceremony will be hosted by Alexander Pstyga, sports commentator for the Admiral hockey club, and Anastasia Borodina, journalist of the Moscow 24 TV channel.

The first thousand guests will receive kokoshniks by the Patriotka brand, handcrafted with traditional techniques and a modern twist. The most active spectators will also receive other memorable souvenirs and branded gifts.

For those unable to attend in person, a live broadcast will be available on the official website of the National Centre RUSSIA and on OTV Prim TV channel.
