The National Centre RUSSIA in faces: Diana Krasovskaya
The "School of Young Guides" is ongoing at the National Centre RUSSIA. A schoolgirl from Sevastopol, Diana Krasovskaya plans not only to tell guests at the National Centre RUSSIA about the achievements and beauties of our country, but also to acquaint visitors with the expositions at the regional branch of the National Centre RUSSIA in Sevastopol, the city where she has been residing for over 10 years. The branch will open by the end of 2025.
Diana Krasovskaya is 15 years old and studies in the 10th grade of a specialized medical class at the Engineering School in Sevastopol. Diana is an ambassador of the Movement of the First and is a member of the Regional Council of the First in Sevastopol. The future guide has already been a speaker at youth meetings at the International RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH in Moscow. She is confident that the profession of a guide is relevant and in demand today. Diana admits that travel is her passion.
"I have already been on a tour at the National Centre RUSSIA and was impressed by the work of the guides. To talk about the exposition with such enthusiasm and passion, you need to speak about what you love. That’s when I realized how little I knew about the guiding profession. I wanted to be just as enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and charismatic. The 'School of Young Guides' will help me achieve this. I have already attended a practical lesson and am currently taking online classes. I eagerly await new practical lessons," shared Diana Krasovskaya.
The young guide is confident that the exposition "Journey Across Russia," which will open on March 1 at the National Centre, will become a real attraction for the residents of our country and foreign guests. Diana emphasizes that one can endlessly talk about the achievements, beauties, and sources of pride of Russia. In addition to her dream of working as a guide at the new large-scale exposition, Diana plans to introduce guests to the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Sevastopol. It will open by the end of the year. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the history of the hero city — from ancient Chersonesos to the Russian Spring, as well as learn about the most significant events and projects of Sevastopol through 2035.
"For me, a guide is someone who is highly skilled in public speaking, acting, and possesses a wide outlook. I find this very appealing. I enjoy learning about the history of my native region, our country, and the world as a whole," emphasized Diana Krasovskaya.
Diana is confident that it is the guides who create the atmosphere at expositions in the National Centre RUSSIA and eagerly anticipates the chance to join their activities.
The integration of special military operation veterans into peaceful life and the interaction between regions and municipalities were discussed as part of the Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA".
The second All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland – the Strength of Russia" is taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
