The National Centre RUSSIA is on the air of the country’s leading federal radio stations
Clips and interviews featuring leading experts and the team of the National Centre RUSSIA are currently airing on the country’s major federal radio stations. Listeners of Vesti FM, Russkoye Radio, Dorozhnoye Radio, Radio Monte Carlo, and many other stations can hear about key events at the National Centre RUSSIA, learn more about the guided tours of the "Journey Across Russia" and "The Birth of Scale" expositions, and listen to exclusive interviews with the Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, Natalia Virtuozova.
The internal radio welcomes guests of the National Centre RUSSIA every day. Informative and educational audio clips are broadcast in the Gastronomic Rows of the "Journey Across Russia. Food" space at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The voices of the National Centre are long-time radio hosts Natalia Selikhova and Alexander Lazarev.
"Radio is my life. During the International RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH, I recorded over a thousand clips announcing the most striking events of the exposition. Now I am the female voice of the National Centre RUSSIA. This is ‘work’ in quotation marks, because I go to work with great joy. It is truly a happiness when you enjoy what you do. The main task of the voices heard at the National Centre RUSSIA is to create a certain atmosphere—one of pride in the country, of scale, and at the same time of warmth and comfort. We do a lot to ensure that every guest at the National Centre feels at home," shared Natalia Selikhova.
Natalia is a speech coach at the Young Tour Guide School. She teaches the children how to speak properly, present themselves, and even — how to breathe correctly.
"I am confident that each of the young tour guides at the National Centre RUSSIA takes something valuable away from the classes. It is very important to be able to present yourself in any situation, and these children should not face difficulties with that in the future. Speech is important in everyday life — it helps us understand each other and come to agreements," said Natalia Selikhova.
The mission of the internal radio at the National Centre RUSSIA is to ensure that every visitor leaves the Centre with a feeling of love for their country, noted Alexander Lazarev.
"Guests need a guide, someone who will lead and accompany them. Our voices are those guides, and we can be heard throughout the entire National Centre. We explain where to go, what to pay attention to, suggest what to try in the Gastronomic Rows, talk about the expositions and events one can visit, and remind them how to register. In short, we do everything to make our guests feel comfortable and learn something new about the history and the future of our country," said Alexander Lazarev.
On Radio Day, the National Centre RUSSIA joins in the congratulations and celebration of the day honoring the Russian physicist and electrical engineer, inventor of wireless communication, and founder of the national scientific school of radio, Alexander Popov.
