A real Hockey Day at the RUSSIA EXPO
For the
Hockey Day, December 1, the RUSSIA EXPO has prepared many different events
dedicated to one of the most popular sports. Visitors will be able to play
interactive hockey, see legendary athletes and much more.
CSKA club,
as well as the entire national hockey, is celebrating its 77th anniversary. In
honor of this, activities are planned in the Rosneft pavilion. There will be
meetings with players, coaches, managers of the club, as well as with CSKA's
star fans, among whom there are also outstanding masters of other sports.
The Hockey
Day opening ceremony will take place in the Rosneft pavilion at 13:30. It will
be attended by Igor Yesmantovich, President of PHC CSKA JSC, three-time world
champion, three-time USSR champion Sergei Fedorov, two-time Olympic champion
Boris Mikhailov, and world champion, USSR champion Pavel Bure.
At 14:00 at
the stand of St. Petersburg there will be speeches by two-time Olympic hockey
champion Alexey Kasatonov and coach of SKA HC (St. Petersburg) Anton Belov. And
at 16:00 there will be a meeting with actors of the TV series Molodezhka
Vladimir Shevelkov and Sergey Komarov.
The Gagarin
Cup - the trophy for which the best hockey players of our country fight
throughout the season - will be presented at the Rosneft exposition. It will be
possible to take pictures with the cup during the entire Hockey Week - from
November 28 to December 3.
Furthermore,
the official DJ of CSKA hockey club will perform. The guests will be treated to
national music, hockey and sports hits, as well as hockey marches. In the
Rosneft pavilion visitors will be able to see hockey uniforms of different
years, as well as watch the movie CSKA at 19:00.
And that's
not all. For example, in the ice rink area near the rocket there will be an
open training session with the participation of young hockey players from the
Dynamo sports school. At the stand of the Chelyabinsk region, visitors will beable to try their hand at table hockey, and the Evil Snowman at the stand of
the Novosibirsk region will play interactive hockey with visitors.
This unique project, implemented in the format of an interactive tour, invites children to embark on an unforgettable journey across the regions of the country.
On 6 January, a showing of the multi-genre performance "Morozko" took place at the National Centre RUSSIA. It was held for guests and veterans of the special military operation who participate.
