Natalia Sergunina: Moscow space at the RUSSIA EXPO will introduce the city's innovations
From June 13 to July 8, a new program "Moscow - City of the Real Future" will be waiting for the guests of the capital's space at the International RUSSIA EXPO. This will be the concluding segment. Visitors will learn about innovations and modern opportunities that are changing life in the metropolis, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
Earlier the exposition was devoted to projects for young people.
"Within the framework of the youth program more than 190 events were held: presentations of career projects, meetings with youth associations, lectures by leading specialists, dance flash mobs with participation of capital city artists. The new theme of the exposition is related to the technologies of the future, which are already successfully applied in different spheres. Come to meetings with experts, masterclasses and quizzes," said Natalia Sergunina.
Moscow is actively using advanced practices: digital solutions in city management and public services, 3D modeling in construction, neural networks in medicine and robot assistants on hotlines. The capital's space will offer an opportunity to plunge into the world of the technological present.
Artyom Cheglov, Director of the "Culture Centre" House of Culture, will share the secrets of the capital's innovative film production. He will also tell about "Moskinopark", which is now being actively developed in New Moscow.
Another thematic session will feature Mikhail Yegoshin, Creative Director of Flacon Design Factory. He will offer to discuss the transformation of historical buildings into art spaces and how art becomes an integral part of the development of the metropolis.
Those wishing to learn how to competently manage their personal budget can listen to lectures by the staff of the Financial Literacy Centre.
For those who prefer an interactive format, quizzes on various topics, such as "Digital Finance", will be held throughout the month. Every day the program will include: informative quizzes "Your City of the Future" and "Moscow — City of the Real Future", a dance flash mob and an audio play "Moscow Tea Party".
At the masterclasses adults and children will learn to paint in abstract technique, create jewelry from polymer clay and paint Frisbees. And on Saturdays and Sundays there will be a warm-up as part of the "Sports Weekend." Pre-registration on the project website is required for participation.
In addition, musical evenings will be organized in the space of the capital, where, in particular, artists of Mosconcert, participants of the project "Music in the Metro", the Moscow State Academic Chamber Choir conducted by Vladimir Minin and the Moscow Men's Chamber Choir conducted by Valery Rybin will perform.
