Natural eco-products from Siberia, Krasnodar honey and northern pies at the Farmers Fair
A unique gastronomic experience awaits guests at Pavilion
No. 48 at the Exposition. From June 4 to 9, visitors to the Farmers Fair can
sample meat delicacies, various cheeses, products made from berries and
mushrooms, unique honey collected from all over the south of Russia, as well as
sweet pies with unusual flavors.
A
participant from the Moscow region under the "FAVOR" brand will
delight customers with meat delicacies and smoked meats: buyers appreciate
their products for their homemade taste and high quality, as well as a wide
range. Another Moscow region participant, the brand "Aromas of the
Taiga", is engaged in the collection and processing of wild mushrooms and
berries. Only the freshest and best wild mushrooms from the ecologically clean
corners of Siberia are brought here to delight customers with taste and
benefits.
The unique Siberian eco-products are also presented by the
Irkutsk brand "Sibekolavka". The company's history began in 2017 with
the production of natural pastila and sugar-free fruit chips without dyes or
preservatives. And now, the assortment includes various teas and herbs, dried
berries, mushrooms, and nuts, as well as honey. In addition, honey will once
again delight customers from the Voronezh region brand "Why Don't Bees
Cough?!". Its uniqueness lies in a nomadic apiary: traveling with it
throughout the south of Russia — from the Kuban to the Don, through the
Voronezh and Tambov regions, beekeepers search for the best honey plants to
collect high-quality honey.
Also, a participant from the Ivanovo region under the brand
"Ecofarm 'Shuya berries,'" whose production is located in an
environmentally clean place, the village of Mizgino in the Ivanovo region, near
the Nikolo-Shartomsky Monastery. In this picturesque place since 2016, they
have been growing honeysuckle, strawberries, black currants, raspberries, red
currants, sea buckthorn, and other berries. The plantation is grown using the
most modern technologies, allowing them to obtain berries of high commercial
quality and taste characteristics. During the season, customers can taste fresh
berries, and all year round enjoy natural and healthy sweets with reduced sugar
content. The range includes: stewed berries, jams, preserves, juices,
marmalade, and freeze-dried berries.
If you enjoy pies, then be sure to try culinary masterpieces
from the brand "Nordic Pie" from the Moscow region. Handmade northern
pies and cakes, prepared according to original Scandinavian recipes from the
18th century. They are characterized by simple yet interesting flavor
combinations. Almond and cream, meringue, and sponge are especially good.
