Senezh Management Workshop Week will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO
From April
23 to 28 at the RUSSIA EXPO, the Senezh Management Workshop of the Presidential
Platform "Russia - Land of Opportunity" will hold a week of bright
educational events dedicated to leadership and management technologies in
various spheres.
Each day of
the Senezh Management Workshop week is dedicated to a different topic:
"Management", "Leadership", "Meanings",
"Team and Community", "Media", and "Women's
Leadership". The names of the days symbolize the facets of managerial
competencies and the diversity of approaches that can be used to create
large-scale public projects for the whole country.
The program
of the week will be attended by leading experts, masters and experienced heads
of state institutions, social movements, famous projects in the field of
culture and media. The main goal of the event is to tell about the
opportunities that are open to everyone in Russia who seeks to benefit the
country, and to show that a manager is not a formal position, but a valuable
role.
A unique
combination of event formats - quizzes, lectures, trainings and masterclasses
will allow guests to discover their leadership potential, gain insight into the
experience of leading practitioners, learn how to achieve their goals and
master new managerial tools that they will apply in their work and life.
There will
also be daily career counseling from coaches and mentors of the Senezh
Management Workshop during the week. Graduates of the Senezh School of Coaches
and Moderators, practitioners in the field of coaching and career development,
will draw up an individual plan of personal and professional development for
the participants, and will help to form the right motivation for success.
The mission
of Senezh Management Workshop is "Making strong people of Russia even
stronger", and this week at the RUSSIA EXPO will be a vivid example of
that!
As part of
the first track "Management" on April 23, there will be a grand
opening with the participation of Andrei Betin, Deputy Director General of ANO
"Russia - Land of Opportunity", Rector of the Senezh Management
Workshop, as well as a lecture "Ecology of Leadership", where
Svetlana Kolosova, President of the "Old Square" consulting group,
will talk about the techniques of positive thinking and self-motivation, as
well as teach how to create a diary of merits and easily achieve goals. In
addition, the guests will meet Oskar Konyukhov, executive director of the
All-Russian Sailing Federation, head of the expedition headquarters of Fyodor
Konyukhov. The invited guest will talk about effective project and team
management. During the day everyone will be able to undergo career counseling
from coaches and mentors of Senezh Management Workshop.
On April
24, the track "Leadership" will host a business game "The Fifth
Element", a lecture "Leadership" and coaching sessions. The next
day the track "Team and Community" will start with the lecture
"Annulation of Meanings in a Team" and will continue with lectures
"Formation of Management Teams" and "Building a Community".
The
"Meanings" track on April 26 will include the lecture
"Evolutionary and Meaning Exploration: Exploring the Future in the Context
of the Psyche, History, Culture and the Challenges of a Complex World,"
the masterclass "Cinema as a Tool of Influence," and will also
conclude with coaching sessions.
On April
27, the "Media" track will include a lecture on "Russian Theme
in Design", a masterclass on merch design, and a lecture and masterclass
on "Creative Production of Cultural Projects". The final track
"Women's Leadership" on April 28 will include a panel session
"Women's Leadership in Non-Feminine Professions", a children's
interactive performance "Bird of Happiness", a masterclass on Russian
tea drinking and daily coaching sessions by coaches from the Senezh Management
Workshop.
The performance took place as part of the international Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth."
One of the tracks of the Open Dialogue is "Investments in Human Capital." The pitch session on this topic brought together over 30 speakers.
One of the key topics for discussion within the initiative became "Investments in Connectivity," which attracted 24% of the essay authors about the future of the world.
