"Unknown Russia": unique screenings of documentary film festival nominees
You can watch the contest entries of the "Unknown Russia" festival at the Gazprom pavilion from March 7 to 30. The program includes a total of 36 films in six categories: "History of Russia", "Geography", "Production and Technological Films", "Characters", "Ethno-culture" and "Popular Science Films".
First, the RUSSIA EXPO audience will be shown the documentaries "Only Forward!" about the rise of the Rubetek company and "Experimentally" about inventors working in home workshops and garage boxes.
The exciting adventure movie "Yenisei Marathon" will also be presented. It is about the journey of two Siberians who traveled more than a thousand kilometers across the Krasnoyarsk region, Khakassia and Tuva on longboards.
The winners of the festival will be chosen by a jury headed by producer, scriptwriter, director Saida Medvedeva. The awarding ceremony will be held on March 30 at Pavilion No. 75 of the RUSSIA EXPO.
The festival is organized by NTV, Gazprom-Media Holding, the Association of Producers of Visual Documentary and Corporate Cinema with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and PJSC Gazprom. The schedule of screenings is available in the Events section of the exposition(Pavilion F).
The international exposition-forum ARCH MOSCOW will open at Gostiny Dvor (the Old Merchant Court) on 27 May.
Through the digital platform, young people from across the country will be able to tell stories of these heroes in short video formats.
The meeting focused on generating concrete proposals and collaboratively developing initiatives.
