New Russian cuisine: the National Centre RUSSIA invites guests to a gastronomic masterclass
On 15 April, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the gastronomic masterclass "New Russian Cuisine". Participants will explore a synthesis of traditional flavours and cutting-edge technologies, as leading chefs demonstrate how familiar dishes acquire new nuances in the age of innovation.
The main guide into the gastronomic worlds of the future will be Sergei Kulakov, brand chef at RoboLabs. He will showcase the capabilities of high-tech equipment — the Bystrzhar (Fast Fryer) deep-frying unit, the advanced Bystrpech (Fast Oven) oven combining microwave and convection technologies, and a doughnut-making machine. Visitors will see how classic Russian fast dishes take on new forms and flavours — the chef will demonstrate that tradition and innovation can be harmoniously combined to create unique taste experiences.
A special atmosphere for the tastings will be created by Nikolai Sushko, Russian tea brewing champion and founder of the Sush&Co project. For each dish, he will select a specific variety of tea and prepare it according to the traditions of the ancient tea ceremony.
The masterclass will become a meeting point for innovative ideas reflecting a harmony of flavours and the creative spirit of the future. It will reveal the philosophy of New Russian cuisine, based on respect for the past and a bold movement forward.
From 20 to 22 April 2026, the International Industrial Trade Fair "INNOPROM. Central Asia" will take place in Tashkent.
