The regions of the Urals Federal District continue preparations for the International RUSSIA EXPO. Presidential plenipotentiary envoy Vladimir Yakushev spoke about how the work is going on. 

He emphasized that the purpose of the exposition is to show the diversity and greatness of Russia and the Urals expositions will be original and memorable.

"They will tell how the Urals and Western Siberia live: about achievements in the economy and investment potential, culture and traditions, science, art and people. In addition, the regions have thoroughly worked out the event part: days of regions, presentations of regional cuisine, meetings with ambassadors, concerts, teleconferences and much more are planned", — said the envoy.

Vladimir Yakushev expressed confidence that as a result the regions of the Urals Federal District will gather a lot of promising ideas and opportunities for cooperation. 

In the near future the stands of the Urals participants will be assembled at the VDNH. Deputy plenipotentiary Boris Kirillov discussed the current work with representatives of the regions and noted that all issues are solved promptly.

The RUSSIA EXPO will open at the VDNH on November 4, and all 89 Russian regions, as well as authorities, corporations and representatives of foreign countries will take part in it. The program will continue until April 12, 2024.
