Registration opens for the third hackathon of the "First Neurocontent Cup"
Registration has opened for the third hackathon of the special project "First Neurocontent Cup". The event will take place on 15 December as part of the opening of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Krasnoyarsk. The project is implemented by the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunity" together with the Internet Development Institute, the National Centre RUSSIA, and the ANO "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies". Applications are accepted until 5 December.
The project "First Neurocontent Cup" is a contest in which participants create positive media content about Russia’s future achievements using neural networks and other AI tools. The Cup enables specialists from various fields (designers, developers, content managers, scriptwriters, copywriters, videographers, motion designers, AI creators and others) to make themselves known at the federal level and to create a unique space for digital experimentation.
"The Neurocontent Cup was held at the National Centre during the 'Inventing the Future' Symposium and became a true source of inspiration for all of us. Based on scenario projections from experts around the world, talented participants presented visualisations of different scenarios of the future. 'Everyone will be taken into the future' – that is the motto of these scenarios. The first regional stage of the Cup will take place at the opening of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in the Krasnoyarsk region. We look forward to meeting the talents of the Future," said Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Natalia Virtuozova.
At the second hackathon at the National Centre RUSSIA, 27 creative teams produced videos using AI across four key areas: "Technologies of Tomorrow", "Human of the Future", "Cities of the Future" and "The Alliance of Science and Creativity". All of them were generated by experts on the first day of the II International Symposium "Inventing the Future" and united by the theme "Russia of the Future Is…". At each stage of the contest, participants were assessed on the speed and quality of the content they created.
"The first two hackathons have already proved the importance of developing socially significant content using artificial intelligence technologies. The special contest launched by the Internet Development Institute is a vivid confirmation of this. Each time we see the number of participants grow, and the desire to join in from authors working at the intersection of technology and creative thinking from different regions continues to increase. To give talented specialists from across Russia the opportunity to show their skills, the third hackathon of the project will be held in Krasnoyarsk. My thanks go to Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA Natalia Virtuozova, who suggested organising it as part of their branch opening. This will not only help discover more original neurocontent creators but will also expand the community of like-minded people producing content about the country’s achievements," said Director of the ANO Organisation "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies" Gennady Guryanov.
The third hackathon of the special project will take place on 15 December as part of the opening of the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Krasnoyarsk and promises to be even more extensive.

At the first two hackathons in Moscow, we saw teams made up of precisely such specialists – people able to inspire and create opportunities for young content creators who are only beginning to dream of receiving support for their creative AI initiatives. We are confident that Krasnoyarsk will reveal even more bright talents and unique projects about Russia of the future," emphasised Head of Digital Projects of the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunity" Daria Mikaelyan.
The theme of participants’ work remains "Russia of the Future Is…". Creators who pass the selection will take part in a team contest to produce videos using neural networks, where each team will demonstrate its ability to create fast and high-quality content, as well as the level of its competence. The most original team will receive a contract from the ANO "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies" for the production of socially significant content worth 500,000 rubles. Finalists will also receive training under the professional development programme of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation "Programme for the Development of New Media Leaders".
Anyone aged 16+ with basic skills in using neural networks and video editing, as well as knowledge of specialised software, media experience, and confirmed portfolio, may take part.
The state must ensure security at every stage of the information life cycle.
