"Women" online project to open at the RUSSIA EXPO

On March 5, 2024 at 10-00 within the framework of the All-Russian Women's Forum at the RUSSIA EXPO, an educational online project "Women" will be launched. The project was developed by the Senezh Management Workshop of the presidential platform Russia — Land of Opportunity and will take place in March 2024.

The goal of the project is to popularize role models of female leadership in business, personal, public and family spheres. It is based on the methodology of the Woman Leader Program and is aimed at a wide audience of women's communities.

The participants of the opening session will be young women, youth activists of Russia, for whom each presentation will be a stimulus for development and harmonization of their life spheres, but most importantly — will inspire for achievements and success for the benefit of our country.

Member of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Elena Afanasyeva, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Ksenia Razuvaeva, Director General of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"» Natalia Virtuozova, Head of the United Volunteer Center (Murmansk) Evgenia Chibis, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Mari El to the President of the Russian Federation, alumna of the Woman Leader Program Olga Badma-Khalgaeva, Director General of the Moscow Zoo Svetlana Akulova will talk about the program and female leadership development in the form of a panel discussion. The discussion will be moderated by Maria Afonina, Vice-Rector of the Senezh Management Workshop of the ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunity", member of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum.

There will also be a session "Impulse of Regional Development. Women's Initiatives" (March 5, 15.00, Pavilion No. 75), where Maria Afonina, Vice-Rector of the Senezh Management Workshop, will present an announcement of a new educational project " Female Leader. Fleet Cities."

ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunity" was established on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin on May 22, 2018. The platform's mission is to create the future of Russia by opening equal opportunities for everyone. The platform helps any person, regardless of where they live, what profession they have chosen and what family they grew up in, to get opportunities for their development. It is an open platform for communication between talented and caring people of all ages, exchange of experience between schoolchildren, students, specialized professionals, entrepreneurs, managers and volunteers. The Supervisory Board of the ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunity" is headed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

As part of its activities, ANO "Russia — Land of Opportunity" runs an educational center - the Senezh Management Workshop. Participants of the platform's projects and competitions, active young people, as well as managers and civil servants are trained there. The workshop serves as a platform for various educational and youth events.
