Platform Economy Day-2026 will take place on 11 November at the National Centre RUSSIA in Moscow. The business programme for the event has been published. Representatives of government, business and the expert community will discuss the development of digital platforms in Russia and approaches to shaping a national strategy for the sector through to 2036. The key topics will include the spread of platform-based models across major economic sectors and social services; the role of data, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies in platform development; competition in digital markets; and models for the international expansion of Russian platforms.

The discussions will draw on the initial findings of expert groups within the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Development of Digital Economy Ecosystems and Digital Platforms. The reports prepared by these groups will contribute to the development of a national strategy for digital platform development through to 2036.

The central event will be the plenary session, "Platforms-2036: The Economy of the Next Decade". Participants will discuss how creating the conditions for platform-based models to become more widespread can help open up new markets, foster cross-sector cooperation, drive economic growth and improve quality of life. Particular attention will be paid to the key approaches underpinning the national strategy.

The business programme will cover three thematic areas.

"Platforms for People: Scenarios for a New Everyday Life" will focus on how platforms are transforming key areas of people's lives, from healthcare, education and career development to travel, urban environments, communications, media and entertainment. Participants will explore the prospects for moving from individual digital services to integrated platform solutions that support people throughout their lives.

"Platforms for Business: A Map of New Opportunities" will examine the adoption of platform-based models in trade, finance, industry, energy, agriculture, transport and logistics. The discussions will focus on new opportunities for business development, improving productivity across industries and fostering cross-sector cooperation.

"The Architecture of the Platform Economy: An Environment for Development" will bring together discussions on access to and use of data, the development of a competitive environment, platform-based employment and the expansion of Russian platforms into international markets. A dedicated session will focus on AI agents, which have the potential to transform how users interact with platforms and how decisions are made.

The programme will also include special sessions entitled "Platformisation of Development Institutions" and "Future Technologies for the Platform Economy". Participants will discuss new tools for supporting entrepreneurship and the role of platforms in accelerating the adoption of promising technological solutions.

As part of Platform Economy Day, visitors will be able to explore an exposition of digital platforms and services entitled "A Day in the Life", developed in partnership with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). It will demonstrate how digital solutions support people in their everyday lives, from looking after their health and managing work tasks to shopping, travelling and leisure activities.

The exposition will take visitors on a journey through four themed zones:

— "Morning" — AI-powered medical services, digital diagnostics, preventive healthcare and biometric technologies.

— "Day" — education, professional development, employment, shopping, transport and urban services.

— "Evening" — digital solutions for travel, leisure and new experiences.

— "All Day" — the technologies and infrastructure that enable digital platforms to operate.

At each stand, visitors will be able to explore user scenarios themselves using interactive screens, simulators and models.

The event will take place on 11 November 2026 at the National Centre RUSSIA, 14 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow.

The full programme and session schedule are available in the file attached below.

The programme is subject to change and further additions.

The event is organised by the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the National Centre RUSSIA and the Centre for Cross-Industry Expertise "The Third Rome".
