13:30 - 14:30 OSSETIAN PIES WITH MEAT, CHEESE, BEET LEAVES, CABBAGE, POTATOES

15:00 - 16:00 CRIMEAN BAKLAVA AND LUKUM. Masterclass is presented by an employee of "Zarya" LLC (TM "Crimean Sultan") Sukhareva Veronika

16:30 - 17:30 SARATOV KALACH - "VOLGA SLICE".

The masterclass is presented by the chief technologist of the museum "Saratov Kalach" of Vavilov University Anatoly Dogadin and technologist of the museum "Saratov Kalach" of Vavilov University Radik Galiev. 

18:00 - 19:00 CHAK-CHAKA.

Masterclass is presented by co-founder of NTC "Tugan Avylim" (Native Village) Radik Abdrakhmanov, chef of the restaurant "Tugan Avylim" (Native Village).

Masterclass is presented by actress Natalia Kosmacheva, brand-chef of "Sawa chef" restaurant

20:30 - 21:30 TASTING OF FOOD PRODUCTS OF VLADIMIR PRODUCERS (Sausage products, cheeses and coffee)

Sausage products. Deputy CEO Artem Dmitrievich Zhirnov presents products of Yuryev-Polsky meat processing plant.

Coffee. Products of the group of companies "Territory of Coffee Roasting" are presented by deputy head of production Territory of Coffee Roasting Dmitry Urekin, administrator of the coffee house "TO.Coffe" Marina Prydus, senior barista Danila Maryutkin.
