The presentation of the author's book "On the Path to a Superpower: State and Law in Times of War and Peace (1939–1953)" was attended by distinguished guests, law students, and schoolchildren. The new edition introduces readers to the events of World War II from the perspective of state and law and contains little-known historical facts that have largely shaped Russia's development.
