Organizing committee of RUSSIA EXPO held its first meeting
The meeting was conducted by the chairman of the organizing committee for the preparation and hosting of the International RUSSIA EXPO, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia, Sergey Kiriyenko.
Presidential aide Maxim Oreshkin and Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko were approved as deputy chairmen of the organizing committee.
The concept of the exposition and the key events for its preparation and holding, as well as a list of the organizing committee’s working groups were approved at the meeting.
In addition, the organization of cooperation with various categories of participants in accordance with the Presidential Decree № 215 of March 29, 2023 "On the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the International RUSSIA EXPO was discussed".
Autonomous non-commercial organization "Directorate of XXI Century Achievements Exposition" was defined as an operator of the event.
At the end of the meeting members of the organizing committee were recommended to make proposals for business, cultural and other event programs of the forum.
International RUSSIA EXPO will open on November 4, 2023. It will be attended by subjects of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies, public organizations, state corporations and representatives of foreign countries.
A forum on improving labour productivity will take place on 19 May at the National Centre RUSSIA in Krasnoyarsk.
At the 10th Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin, the National Centre RUSSIA presented a model of its new building, which is scheduled to open in November 2029.
A working meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to the People's Republic of China, Igor Morgulov, and Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, Natalia Virtuozova.
