Christmas has always been one of the most favorite family holidays. The RUSSIA EXPO invites everyone to its Christmas table. At the tastings and masterclasses you can try pie with omul, rillettes from catfish, stuffed cabbage rolls with marbled Altai beef and natural sweets from the eco-farm.

14:00 — 15:30 Old Russian dishes "Taranchuk" from lamb, "Telnoye 2024", salad with halibut and millet will be presented by Oleg Koroban, chef of Teatro art cafe (Zvenigorod, Moscow region).

16:00 — 17:00 Tasting of products and masterclasses on preparation of dishes from farm Clarias gariepinus or African sharptooth catfish:

— Balyk from catfish

— Lightly salted catfish with juniper

— Сatfish rillettes

— Fried catfish fillet

— Potato soup with catfish

presented by Alexander Petrov, founder of Astapovo Aquafarm, Lukhovitsky district

17:00 — 17:40 Stuffed cabbage rolls with Altai marble beef will be presented by Vladislav Bobko, chef of Altai Meat Corner, (Altai region, Biysk).

18:00 — 18:40 Festive pie with omul will be presented by Danila Kozlov and Sergey Gordeev, northern delicatessen chain Azbuka Severa (Alphabet of North), Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

19:00 — 20:00 Tasting of pastila, halva, marmalade, gingerbread and other farm products; masterclass on making apple vinegar will be presented by Natalia Fedorova, founder of the organic farm OGO-ROD (Serpukhov, Moscow region).
