Writer Margarita Pankratova: "Unity lies in love and virtue"
The unity of peoples is love for the whole world and the
virtue inherent in every person's nature. This was stated at the National
Centre RUSSIA by writer Margarita Pankratova (Rita Ritorika), a participant in
the meeting of the literary club "What to Read?!".
"For me, unity lies in virtue. I believe that each of
us is by nature born a kind, responsive, and wonderful person — and this
implies love for the whole world. Therefore, unity is love for all living
things, it is a dissolution into the world around us. And I am convinced: we
must follow our inner nature — love one another and love our Motherland,"
shared Margarita Pankratova.
The writer acted as an expert at the latest meeting of the
literary club "What to Read?!", which was dedicated to the theme
"Women in Literature and Around It". The meeting participants
discussed how attitudes towards female themes in literature have changed, what
women read in different eras, and whether women's literature can be considered
a separate phenomenon. The original event by the National Centre RUSSIA on 20
March brought together those interested in book traditions and contemporary
trends in the literary world.
