Almost two million guests have visited the RUSSIA EXPO since its opening
About 1,800,000 people have visited the International RUSSIA EXPO since November 4. And the number of visitors keeps increasing every day.
There are other "records" - for instance, over six days visitors ate more than 23 thousand pelmeni dumplings, and from November 4 to 26 at the Farmer's Fair 12 tons of goods were sold. This included three tons of fish products, 2.6 tons of confectionery, and another 2.2 tons of dairy products, teas, herbs and more.
Every day there are entertaining educational activities. For example, the "Knowledge" Society held more than 500 different lectures and masterclasses attended by more than 600 scientists, businessmen, cultural figures and celebrities.
The most popular excursions among visitors to the exposition were "Russia is Us", "Digital Immersion", "Motherland", and "Smart Energy".
In Russian folk culture, wreaths hold special meaning, which is why many people decorate their homes with them in the run-up to the New Year.
The final volunteer appreciation ceremony was held on 26 December at the National Centre RUSSIA.
A series of pre-New Year creative workshops continues at the National Centre RUSSIA.
