RT TV channel will hold a poetry evening at the National Centre RUSSIA, where it will present a poetry collection titled "Poetry of the Russian Winter." The book, edited by RT, includes works by more than 25 authors who are shaping new Russian frontline poetry. Poets, writers, and musical groups Django and Zveroboy will perform for the audience. The event will take place on November 16 at 17:00.

"The anthology of war lyrics, 'Poetry of the Russian Winter,' is a timely and essential collection of Russian poetic texts that reflect the spirit of our time, its pulse and lifeblood. The presentation of this large-scale collection is proof that we are truly united: poets, journalists, civil society, and the army," said Alisa Orlova, one of the anthology's authors.

The poetry evening will feature established poets, such as Anna Dolgareva, Anna Revyakina, and Igor Karaulov, as well as emerging authors introduced to readers in "Poetry of the Russian Winter." These include Dinara Kerimova, Sofya Yudina, and Alexander Antipov. Additionally, Alexander Pelevin, Olga Starushko, Dmitry Filippov, German Titov, and Inna Kucherova will read their poems.

Visitors can also look forward to an autograph session, where they will have the chance to meet the authors and purchase the book.

The RT lyrical collection "Poetry of the Russian Winter," published in collaboration with the Lyra publishing house, includes works by 27 authors who have been creating new Russian frontline poetry since 2014. Writer Zakhar Prilepin authored the collection's preface. The book was first presented in September 2024 at the Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF). Previously, in 2022, RT introduced the first volume of poems titled "Poetry of the Russian Summer," also centered on war-themed works.

The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA EXPO and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. Federal government agencies, state companies, corporations, and regions take part in the Centre’s work.

The first event at the National Centre RUSSIA was the International Symposium "Inventing the Future," which welcomed more than 6,000 guests from 101 countries.
