Spelt pies, Far Eastern delicacies and Mortadella with pistachio - novelties of the Farmers Fair
Farmers Fair of the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion No. 48 updates its assortment from January 16 to 21 - try seafood from the Khabarovsk region, unique cold-pressed oils, baked goods made of spelt flour and much more.
Delicacies from the Far East will be offered by a participant from the Khabarovsk region under the brand Amurro!. The assortment includes fillet of salmon, trout, preserves and smoked fish, as well as cheese sausages from pork - Fouette, Milano, Chorizo, Rossi, Finocchiona, cooked Mortadella with roasted pistachio - and whole cuts of beef, pork, duck.
The participant from the Perm region under the brand "Del Grano" produces cold-pressed oils according to the old Russian technology, thanks to which all the useful properties are preserved in the product. Customers can try the oils. The assortment also includes gluten-free flour and high quality nuts.
Juicy meat on the grill is offered by a manufacturer from the Perm region under the brand Gyumran - the luxury of the famous Caucasian kebabs is carefully preserved thanks to modern packaging. Besides, Gyumran makes cream cheese rolls with mind-blowing fillings.
Visitors will be able to taste and buy Adygean national cheese, suluguni, chechil, brynza under the brand Golden Adygea. The assortment includes smoked and soft cheeses, cheeses with Caucasian spices, as well as a rich choice of smoked meat, including quail.
Family bakery Nikolay Karavay from Moscow invites you to get acquainted with unique products made of whole-grain spelt flour - it is much richer in elements and healthier than wheat flour. Instead of sugar they use Jerusalem artichoke syrup and no preservatives and chemicals. The assortment includes spelt pies, honey gingerbread, sourdough breads.
The guests will also enjoy exclusive cheeses from S.N. Lyashenko Farm, honey and beekeeping products from Perm Bees, juicy delicacies from the Perm region under the brand Kungur Turkey from Bannovs and hundreds of kinds of unique products that you can't buy in an ordinary supermarket.
