Flight from the Volga River to the stars through the stand of the Samara region
The central element of the region's exposition will be a construction looking like Samara's most recognizable landmark - the Ladya (medieval boat) stele. It will take guests on an exciting journey through the region. The sail of the Ladya is made as a screen, which will broadcast movies about the modern life of the Samara region, about the most significant achievements of the last 20 years in various sectors - industry, construction, economy, medicine, science, culture, sports. Visitors to the stand will be able to participate in a virtual launch of the Soyuz rocket from the launch complex, see the beauty of the Samara Luka and the Zhigulev Mountains, new parks and embankments without leaving VDNH. An unusual guide - a virtual girl with a beautiful Slavic name Lada - will lead the visitors to the world of history, culture and unique nature of the Samara region. The application "Chat-bot Lada" was developed specially for the opening of the RUSSIA EXPO. Lada is a young local historian and a true patriot of her Motherland, she is always ready to help. A rich cultural, educational and business program awaits visitors to the exposition of the Samara region from the first days of the RUSSIA EXPO. At the industry and thematic weeks it will be possible to get acquainted with the region's achievements in industry, infrastructure development, IT, medicine, tourism, sports, culture, science and education. A large amount of entertainment content is also planned. These are interactive events, quests and quizzes, fishing competitions, virtual acquaintance with Volga cuisine, interactive football, hockey and basketball matches with players of Samara sports clubs "Krylya Sovetov", "Lada" and "Samara". Everyone will be able to find an activity to their liking.
