Monday is a maintenance day at the National Centre RUSSIA
There will be one maintenance day at the National Centre
RUSSIA next week — 6 April. The technical team will carry out a comprehensive
inspection of equipment, update the expositions and perform scheduled
maintenance of interactive and visitor areas. These works are aimed at
improving comfort and safety for visitors.
The National Centre RUSSIA will resume its regular schedule
on 7 April, from 10:00 to 20:00.
On 3 April, the "Geography Lessons" exposition
opened its doors to its first visitors at the National Centre RUSSIA. It is
based on unique cartographic materials. Guests can see historical maps and
atlases, educational publications, globes and books that have shaped the
understanding of the world for many generations of explorers. The exposition is
designed for families, primarily for schoolchildren aged 9–16 and their
parents. It invites visitors to journey together from historical maps to space
globes, from imperial sleighs to high-speed trains, and to see how geography
connects the past, present and future of the country.
The permanent exposition "Journey Across Russia"
also continues, where visitors can explore the history, culture and modern
achievements of all federal districts of the country. In addition, guests can
sample regional cuisine in the Gastronomic Rows and visit the Department Store
of the National Centre RUSSIA. With the arrival of spring, its space has been
transformed, now evoking the atmosphere of a merchant’s estate. A rich
assortment of products from across the country — from carpets, porcelain and
crystal to traditional crafts, souvenirs and sweets made using historical
recipes — will leave no one indifferent.
All expositions and events at the National Centre RUSSIA are
free to attend. Some events require prior registration. Please check the
"Events" section on the website russia.ru for updates.
The II Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA in Moscow from 27 to 29 April.
