Concerts, tastings, masterclasses and entertaining lectures — the RUSSIA EXPO invites you to take part in a diverse program of events.
Start of the Maslenitsa festival "Day of Basic Recipes"
Guests will taste pancakes according to traditional recipes: semolina pancakes, oatmeal pancakes, non-lean pancakes, pancake bags with different fillings, pancakes with meat, "openwork" pancakes, pancakes on kefir, pancakes on beer, steamed pancakes, baked pancakes.

Merry Maslenitsa - the heart of Russia
In one hour, visitors to the Exposition will live every Maslenitsa or Shrovetide day — from the Meeting to the Razgulyay (Big Feast) with send-off to folk songs and dances. The program features students — laureates of Russian and international competitions.

"Days of Traditional Culture. Great Maslenitsa"
The program includes a masterclass on creating a Maslenitsa effigy doll in traditional techniques and a creative meeting with ethno-choreographer, artist-vocalist, teacher and dancer Anton Bezlutsky.

Concert "Have Fun, Maslenitsa"
The concert program will feature "Mosconcert" groups and artists: People's Artists of Russia Nadezhda Krygina, Lyudmila Nikolaeva, Sergei Borzov, Mikhail Kolomytsev, Ilya Ushullu, Alexander Gladkov, "Comics” Theatre, "Marya's Song" group, "Kupina" ensemble of gusli players, "ARoss" art group, "Domisolka" children's musical theater.

Show-program "Great Maslenitsa"
The program includes the performance of ethno-collective "Wormwood Folk", games, quizzes, masterclasses on painting spoons, spatulas, weaving bead bracelets and much more. In a game form, participants will get acquainted with each day of Pancake week and plunge into fun folk festivities.

Quiz "One hundred words about Karelia"
During the quiz, visitors will be able to answer questions about the national cuisine, folklore, traditional life, and sights of the Republic of Karelia. Participants who give correct answers will receive souvenirs.

Day of the Russian Federation of Aesthetic Gymnastics
The program includes masterclasses in aesthetic gymnastics and autograph session of repeated winners and medalists of the World Championship, World and European Junior Championships, open training in aesthetic gymnastics.

Manned space flights are one of the major achievements of world science. The lecture will talk about the main milestones in the development of Russian cosmonautics, as well as the main scientific discoveries of Russian scientists. The lecture about Russia's achievements beyond the Earth will be presented by Ruslan Gabzetdinov, head of Indicative Engines, laboratory assistant at the University Gymnasium of Moscow State University.

Meeting with Moscow labour dynasties
Moscow is a city for a big family. What makes it especially unique is the fact that Moscow families create entire professional dynasties. How does a family live, where does "work" end and "home" begin, when both are shared by the whole family? Representatives of dynasties will share answers to these questions with the guests of the Moscow space at the meeting.

Today on the frontlines, soldiers are fighting for our future and for a world with Russia in it. Every day there are new heroes that we should all look up to. At the meeting, theater and film actor, TV presenter, poet, and military correspondent Mikhail Mamaev will talk about the most striking feats of the Russian military involved in the special military operation.

Sport as Art. Meeting with Olympic champion in synchronized swimming Maria Kiseleva
Maria Kiseleva shares her sports experience and helps young talents to develop. Together with a team of professional athletes and actorsб Maria Kiseleva stages musical performances on the water, uniting sport and art. At the moment, more than 10 productions have been created, which are shown in different cities of Russia. The meeting will discuss Maria Kiseleva's personal contribution to the development of synchronized swimming in Russia.

Show of the play "Nina" within the framework of the project "Voices of the Country"
The heroine of the play "Nina" is a 57-year-old drawing teacher Nina Kislina. In 2012, Nina, her husband and two daughters moved from Saratov to the small village of Lokh, and thanks to the family's energy, an old water mill was restored in the village, a fine arts studio and the Foundation for the Preservation and Development of Cultural and Historical Heritage were established. The name of the village has long since become a tourist brand, and travelers from all over the world come to visit the residents. The role of Nina Kislina will be played by Natalia Shchukina, Merited Artist of Russia, theater and cinema actress.
