The singer grew up in a large musical family, and her first singing teacher was her mother, an Orthodox Cossack.

"I have been surrounded by Cossack folk motifs since birth. My mother is a very musical person who is reviving the Cossack culture in the Irkutsk region. We have a Centre of Traditional Military-Patriotic Education 'Ladya,' where my mother works. There, children are nurtured with morality and instilled with the right values. I write my songs myself, and they are deeply inspired by the melodies I have heard since childhood," explained MIRAVI.
