Confectioners from the Vladimir region set a national record in the Largest Product category at the RUSSIA EXPO. The guests of the exposition were presented with the famous Pokrovsky gingerbread measuring two by three meters, painted with pictures of the sights of the Vladimir region.

«It is impossible to do without gastronomic achievements and tasty treats at the RUSSIA EXPO. The Vladimir region is rich in delicacies, and everyone knows our brand — Pokrovsky gingerbread. The history of its recipe is more than 100 years old. It is no exaggeration to say that everyone who comes to Vladimir region brings home Pokrovsky gingerbread instead of a magnet», — said Alexander Avdeev.

In addition, the Day of Vladimir Region presented local cuisine from leading chefs with masterclasses and tastings: dessert White Stone Architecture, kurnik, dish Mitten with Klyazma salad, Murom kalach and famous honey on Vladimir cherry with pickled cucumber.

The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered on one platform. The exposition takes place on the territory of VDNH in Moscow until April 12.
