On April 29, Exposition guests will get acquainted with a unique cultural phenomenon - the famous Diaghilev Festival. You will be treated to a performance by soloists of the Euphoria orchestra conducted by Elizaveta Korneeva. The musicians will perform fragments of the production "Poem of the Mountain" to the music of Dmitry Mazurov, as well as works by other contemporary composers.

Sergei Diaghilev, after whom the festival in Perm is named, paid great attention to the ties between different generations of artists, performers and musicians. During the summer months of 1908-1910, the impressario organized the famous entreprise "Russian Seasons" in Paris with new Russian ballets in the program. "Seasons" brought incredible success to Russian music and theater art all over the world.

Since 2016, a special educational program for students of creative universities in Russia has been held as part of the Diaghilev Arts Festival. Over the years, more than 400 people have taken part in it, many of whom today already make up not only the future but also the present of Russian culture.
