Trace the path of grain, discover the secrets of breeding and taste dishes made of domestic products. At the International RUSSIA EXPO guests can appreciate the interactive exposition of the Ministry of Agriculture in Pavilion No. 51.

It is no secret that grain has become the second oil for our country. The exposition of the Ministry of Agriculture is devoted to grain. Together with guides, guests can learn a lot of interesting things about cultivating high-quality grain.

One of the most interesting exhibits is a model of a grain terminal, which tells how grain is stored and exported. And unusual photos can be taken in the area where elements of a real wheat field are combined with panoramic video, creating the effect of presence.

In addition, Pavilion No. 51 hosts daily samplings of dishes and drinks made from domestic products. For example, this week's fish lunch consisted of salad with Kamchatka squid, soup of cod, flounder and saira, and for hot food there were pink salmon in cream sauce and pasta with seafood.

Guests will not only be fed, but also told about the origin and production of the products, as well as given tips on their preparation. The degustation will cost 150 rubles, but you need to sign up in advance: you can do so at the pavilion itself.
