Journey to the future: VEB.RF Pavilion at the RUSSIA EXPO
The State
Corporation VEB.RF has arranged an exposition called "Cities for Life Come
True" in Pavilion No. 59 of VDNH and has included in it a diverse set of
exhibits and technical solutions that will interest visitors of all ages and
show them how much life in Russian cities has changed over the last twenty
years.
Visitors
will be interested in medical exhibits, including a cardiac chair and a cardiac
card - devices capable of rapid assessment of the quality of the heart. Cardiac
chairs, created with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation, have already been
installed in public places in Moscow, the Moscow and Bryansk regions, and the
Khabarovsk region.
The
educational block of the exposition is especially interesting for parents with
children - here you can see a whole range of new opportunities for today's
schoolchildren and at the same time build a model of an ideal university
campus.
The
multimedia installation "Discover the Country!" will tell about the
largest tourist projects created recently or being created now, including the
resorts of Rosa Khutor, Krasnaya Polyana and Novaya Anapa on the Black Sea,
Three Volcanoes on the Pacific coast, the Lagonaki ski eco-resort, and the
Volga Sea tourist cluster in Zavidovo.
Pavilion
guests will have an opportunity to build their own ideal city - it will be
possible to do it in a game format on a large six-meter screen.
Finally, the highlight of the pavilion is the "Time Machine" - a device based on artificial intelligence. The device will help each visitor to visualize the image of the future and take a photo in the city of the XXII century. To date, the "Time Machine" has already generated more than 10 thousand photos with futuristic content. And coffee brewed by a real robot in a robo-coffee shop nearby will help to reinforce the impressions. Thanks to automation, the point can prepare 80 drinks in just one minute.
You can visit the city of the present and future every day from 10 to 21 hours except on technical days. A detailed schedule can be found on the Pavilion page.
The integration of special military operation veterans into peaceful life and the interaction between regions and municipalities were discussed as part of the Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA".
The second All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland – the Strength of Russia" is taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
