The 500,000th visitor to the RUSSIA EXPO won a bright vacation in St. Petersburg

 The International Russia Expo continues to break attendance records. Its 500,000th visitor won a special prize - a two-day trip with his family to St. Petersburg. 

The winner was seven-year-old Matvey, who came to the Exposition with his mother from Rostov-on-Don. The certificate for the trip was presented to the winners by Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"». 

"This was unexpected and a great joy. This is our real dream - we wanted to go to St. Petersburg in winter or next summer. This city is associated with all that is most romantic and tender. We want to see everything, especially the moment when the bridges are drawn, it is the most charming", - said Tatiana Guzeva, Matvey's mom. 

The partners of the project - St. Petersburg Tourism Development Committee and JSC "Russian Railways" have prepared a rich program for the winners: tours with entrance tickets to museums and a guide, as well as meals and accommodation. 

The travel certificate will be valid for six months from the date of awarding. The winners will be able to get to St. Petersburg from home on a comfortable train of JSC "Russian Railways". The winners will visit the architectural ensemble of the parade center of the city and walk around the Peter and Paul Fortress, enjoy the beauty of the Hermitage masterpieces, as well as get acquainted with the exposition of the Museum of Russian Railways. On the second day of the trip, Matvey's family will be shown the city of Russian naval glory, Kronstadt.

On the opening day of the RUSSIA EXPO, November 4, it was visited by 191 thousand people, on November 5 - by 123 thousand people, on November 6 - by 134 thousand people. Over the first three days, 448 thousand people visited the exposition, which is a VDNH record.
