Discovering the secrets of peonies: why visit the "Future in Flowers" pavilion and what interesting things to see along the way
The festival of flowers continues at the RUSSIA EXPO. This week you can admire luxurious peonies and learn a lot of interesting things about these amazing flowers. And at the same time to visit a lot of bright expositions on the way to the festival.
We suggest you to start your walk to the festival from the Pavilion No. 75. Here, expositions from all regions of Russia are presented. In honor of the festival, a huge floral dress has been installed, which anyone can "try on" to take a beautiful photo as a memento. Now we suggest moving to the "Friendship of Peoples" fountain, and on the way to visit the "Smart Finance" pavilion. Here you can learn about the history of money and investment opportunities, play thematic games, take part in quests and quizzes, and relax with a cup of coffee.
At the fountain you can admire floral art objects, take a few photos and move on — to the next fountain "Stone Flower". Right behind it you can see the temporary pavilion C, here you can find the exposition of the Ministry of Health — one of the most useful: you can learn how to render first aid, check your eyesight and even try your hand at medical manipulations.
And right on the way out of the pavilion you will see the workshop "Future in Flowers". Here you can appreciate the best achievements of Russian breeders: hundreds of peonies and roses, lilacs and irises, dahlias and other flowers and plants of Russia. Walking and lounge zones immersed in greenery are waiting for guests.
In addition, this week, June 12-16, the workshop will host
masterclasses and lectures, as well as a floral show dedicated to peonies.
Beginner gardeners can learn the secrets of growing peonies on their dacha
plots from professionals and choose suitable varieties for themselves. And
creation of flower compositions from peonies will be interesting for all
guests. It is a pleasant hobby that helps to find harmony and lifts your mood.
