The RUSSIA
EXPO Department Store introduces guests to the music of the regions. A virtuoso
from the Ulyanovsk region will teach you how to play the guitar, and the one
from the Tula region will play the accordion. It will be possible to enjoy the
performances and look for musical instruments for yourself or as a gift.

The
"Lipetsk Longevity" project team will talk about the benefits of yoga
and show asanas that are good for health. The guests will also be able to learn
simple dance exercises and dance together.

And to make
sport fun, don't forget about special accessories. For example, a fitness
bottle helps you keep track of your water balance, which means your workouts
are more effective. You can create your own individual beautiful and stylish
bottle at a workshop. Artists will help to decorate it with famous symbols of
Moscow.

LITERARY
AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCE "YOUNG GUARD" 12+
In the
evening, guests will be treated to a literary and musical performance by
students of the Moscow State Institute of Culture. "Young Guard" is
an underground Komsomol organization that operated in Voroshilovgrad region
during the Great Patriotic War.

The event
is organized by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and
the Arctic, with support from Norilsk Nickel PJSC and the Rosatom State
Corporation.
"Aldan"
is a dramatic film based on true events.
The
National Centre RUSSIA operates from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 22:00.
