Artisan pates, pickled mushrooms and legendary ham: the Farmers Fair is ready to treat its guests
Cheeses, sausages, berry and mushroom products, delicious pates await gourmets this week in Pavilion No. 48. From April 9 to 14 at the Fair you can appreciate delicious, natural and environmentally friendly products from the Tambov, Bryansk, Leningrad and Orenburg regions, as well as from Chuvashia.
Connoisseurs of meat delicacies will surely appreciate the brand from the Tambov region. The agricultural cooperative is located in an ecologically clean area, it produces exemplary stewed meat and poultry products, as well as branded pates. The legendary Tambov ham and other delicacies have repeatedly become triumphants at various expositions, fairs and gastronomic festivals: Tastes of Russia, Golden Autumn, Agrorus, WYF "Feast for the whole world from RSHB" and many others.
Selected mushrooms and berries were brought from the Leningrad region. The Belonogovs' family has been collecting forest treasures for several generations, reviving the traditions of processing and harvesting mushrooms and berries. All products are collected in ecologically clean places, exclusively by hand, all goods are checked for safety and natural composition. Guests will be able to taste salted, pickled and dried mushrooms, as well as dried berries and jams.
A brand from the Orenburg region - one of the oldest operating meat processing plants in the region - is responsible for first-class sausage, semi-finished meat products and delicacies. Its products have long established themselves among the guests and residents of the region due to the strictest quality control at all stages of production.
Besides, at the fair one can taste a variety of cheeses from all over Russia, as well as jams, preserves, marmalade and syrups from the Ivanovo region. The products are characterized by high content of berries, with complete absence of sugar or with its small addition, as well as the absence of flavorings, colorings and preservatives.
