Maintenance work in the building on Battery Street in Vladivostok, where the branch of the National Centre RUSSIA will be located, is on schedule. The adjacent territory is being beautified simultaneously. The opening is scheduled for early September.

According to the tourist information centre of Primorsky Krai, a significant amount of work has already been completed. The storm sewer system has been 100% completed, and the cold and hot water supply systems have been repaired by 88%. Major repairs of water disposal and heating systems are nearing completion. The renovation of the facade continues, and work on the roof is almost completed.

The building's power supply, fire safety, ventilation and air conditioning systems are also being updated.

"In parallel with the interior work, landscaping is underway. Paved paths, new curbs, stairs, and a retaining wall are all in the active stage of work. The materials have been delivered, and number of the field staff is enough," said Olga Gurevich, director of the TIC.

Construction work on the branch of the National Centre RUSSIA in Primorye began in February 2025 and will be completed by September 1.

Primorye has become one of five regions of Russia where, on behalf of the President of Russia, an up-to-date branch of the National Centre RUSSIA will be opened. By September, an exposition showing the achievements of Russia and the region will be presented on Battery Street in Vladivostok.
