Russian Atlantis, hot-air balloon flights and a travel voucher drawing - Yaroslavl region at the RUSSIA EXPO
Temples and monasteries, the Rybinsk Reservoir, the heraldic symbol - a bear with an axe, the embankment of Yaroslavl, thematic festivals and, of course, the famous balloon festival in Pereslavl-Zalessky. The visual image of the stand of the Yaroslavl region - bright and sunny - reminds us of the symbols of the region. At the entrance you will be greeted by a friendly Bear - the symbol of Yaroslavia. And having settled down in comfortable loungers, you will make a virtual flight in a hot air balloon.
The Yaroslavl region is a region with a thousand-year history and culture. Here the great mother Volga is gaining its strength and the immense man-made Rybinsk Sea is spread out, at the bottom of which lies the Russian Atlantis - the flooded town of Mologa. Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov and Uglich are part of the tourist route "Golden Ring" of Russia, which is crowned by the regional center Yaroslavl.
There are
more than five thousand objects of cultural heritage, about three hundred
unique museums, magnificent natural artifacts, beautiful embankments of
Yaroslavl and Rybinsk in the region.
Guests of
the RUSSIA EXPO can get acquainted with the attractions and tourist potential
of the Yaroslavl region, its achievements and traditions on the interactive map
of the regional stand.
Ecological,
gastronomic and water tourism are actively developing on the territory of the
region, and recreation on the Rybinsk Sea successfully competes with a trip to
the Black Sea coast.
Visitors to the stand of the Yaroslavl region every month can take part in a drawing of travel vouchers to the Yaroslavl region. The winners will be able to choose their own vacation dates, accommodation, eating places, recreation and entertainment from the presented list of partners of the "Bear Trail" application. In order to take part in the contest, it is necessary to visit the stand at the exposition and scan a special QR code located at the Yaroslavl stand of the RUSSIA EXPO.
