Zabaykalye will surprise guests with a traditional wedding and modernized Cossack cuisine at the International RUSSIA EXPO.

Very soon all regions of the country will present themselves and their achievements on the territory of the VDNH. Zabaykalsky region is preparing to surprise the visitors of its stand. It will be especially interesting here on the Day of the Region, which is scheduled for November 15. They promise a concert, Cossack dances and even a wedding according to the traditions of the Semeiskie people.The festival of gastronomic traditions is also not to be missed.

"We will present the Cossack cuisine in a modern way with local products, show master classes on the preparation of such dishes. We will also present our gastronomic brand of Zabaykalye "Khorhog. Mutton on stones", — said the Deputy Minister of Economy of the region Yulia Ivanova.

International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow on the territory of VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries.
