The Khabarovsk region is preparing a stand for the International RUSSIA EXPO. The region will present itself as the "Homeland of whales and airplanes".

Khabarovsk exposition will tell about achievements in industry, transportation and logistics complex, mining and processing of minerals. Much attention will be paid to the development of tourism, culture and social sphere. A giant screen will show films about the natural beauties of the region, inviting tourists to visit the birthplace of whales.

"The exposition of the region under the title "Homeland of whales and airplanes" will unfold the achievements in various formats at the intersection of modern technology and art. The central art object will be a figure of a man assembled from drops of water and symbolizing the Amur River. The Amur embodies the strength and power of Khabarovsk region, unites several subjects of the Far East, gives people the opportunity to create and build", — said Maria Avilova, the first deputy chairman of the government of Khabarovsk region.

The region is especially proud of aircraft construction. Therefore, the stand will present modern aircrafts Su-57 and SuperJet-100. The airplanes will "float in the air" thanks to holographic fans.

An extensive creative program is also being prepared for the guests. Now the region is developing an animation cluster of international level. Therefore, in the creative zone it will be possible to take a master class from the animation studio "Mechtalyot". Everyone can try to create their own cartoon, draw characters and entire scenes, and then see the result of their labors on the screen.
