"AIKIDO WITHOUT BORDERS" FESTIVAL 6+

The "Sport for Everyone" pavilion invites you to learn the basics of aikido under the guidance of professionals from the National Aikido Council of Russia.

Aikido is a Japanese complex of physical and spiritual practices created by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of martial arts, philosophy and religious beliefs. Aikido technique is based on dodging the opponent's blows, grabs and redirecting the energy of the blow to the side.

Seminars and trainings are waiting for you from the very morning, and in the middle of the day (14:00) visitors will be introduced to an unusual attraction - phygital aikido. Be the first to master a new discipline!

Master classes from Stanislav Dovgal (5th Dan), Ivan Yegorov (5th Dan) and Alexander Kachan (6th Dan) - the head coach of the Russian national team are also waiting for you.

Join the path of oriental wisdom this Saturday! We are waiting for you in the "Sport for Everyone" pavilion!

Natural pastila is presented by "Strawberry Village". The producers grow their own strawberries. Pastila is made without sugar, preservatives and coloring agents. The idea behind the product is to preserve family values and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
