The discussion of essays by participants of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" and the presentation of the essay collection took place at the National Centre RUSSIA on April 24. The dialogue between experts, authors, and guests of the National Centre RUSSIA was held as part of the Literary Club "What to Read?!" The meeting was moderated by the Рead of the Scientific Council of the Centre for Political Conjuncture, Professor of HSE Alexei Chesnakov.

Essayists whose works were selected by the expert council of the National Centre RUSSIA took part in the Literary Club. Authors from 42 countries will participate in the Open Dialogue that will be held at the National Centre RUSSIA from April 28 to 30. Nearly 700 works from 102 countries were submitted to the National Centre’s essay competition.

"Starting Monday, the Open Dialogue will begin at the National Centre RUSSIA. This is a new format of communication between specialists from different countries around the world. Among them are essay authors who wrote on four tracks: 'Investments in Human Capital,' 'Investments in the Environment,' 'Investments in Technology,' 'Investments in Connectivity.' Joining us at the meeting are those authors who not only wrote essays but also were selected for in-person participation in the Open Dialogue," said Alexei Chesnakov.

The Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" will become one of the most important events for the National Centre RUSSIA and the country, emphasized Alexei Chesnakov. It will bring together intellectuals from around the world to discuss and address issues related to the development of society, technology, intelligence, and more. "I present the collection of selected essays compiled into four volumes according to the themes outlined in the competition, on which the authors based their essays. These are investments in human capital, technology, the environment, and connectivity. The thickest book among the four volumes is 'Investments in Human Capital.' This is extremely important today. Inside the collection, you will find a QR code through which the essays will be available in the authors' original languages," noted Alexei Chesnakov.

Stephen Alber, an essay author from Vietnam, presented his work at the literary meeting. The participant is exploring the topic of cognitive capital and issues related to consciousness.

"I am very happy to have come to the National Centre RUSSIA, thank you for the invitation! I am 65 years old, I work on the topic of artificial intelligence, which is why I participated in the essay competition. The world is changing, and we need to start creating the future now. Russia is a strong country with soulful people and the right values. All of this needs to be unified in consciousness and in the economy. I am very glad that I could come here today, to Moscow, and offer my ideas," said Stephen Alber.

Ideas and dreams from the Open Dialogue at the National Centre RUSSIA should be realized, emphasized Alexei Chesnakov during the conversation. An essay on the development of artificial intelligence in the context of the Global South was presented by Yevgeny Osadchuk, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Deputy Director for the 'Digital Technologies' direction at the autonomous non-profit organization 'Digital Economy.'

"My project concerns the development of artificial intelligence on the scale of the Global South and East. We need such scales for the accumulation of resources. Artificial intelligence is a new factor in economic development. Western countries, America, and Europe are investing quite substantial budgets into this technology; it is important for us not to fall behind. The created integration project will allow for the accumulation of financial, scientific, technological, and computational resources," shared Yevgeny Osadchuk.
