On June 1, the International RUSSIA EXPO will launch a festive program dedicated to Children's Day. Until June 9, visitors can enjoy concerts, parades, flash mobs, performances, and other cultural and educational events as part of the Days of Childhood Festival.

The celebration will begin with the launch of the International Festival of Theater Schools of BRICS countries on the stage near the Main Arch of VDNH. Visitors will see a theatrical costume parade featuring guests from India, China, South Africa, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Belarus. In addition, there will be a grand concert featuring the best ensembles from Moscow. The creative youth festival will run from June 1 to June 8, with each day offering its own unique program.

Also on June 1, the exposition will host the opening of the Movement of the First Festival. More than 3,000 children and adults from 89 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign countries, will participate. A highlight of the first day will be the Procession of Dreamers, which will travel from the North Loop of VDNH to the Main Street Stage. The parade will consist of five columns, each representing one of the letters in the Russian word “DREAM”. At the end of the parade, a capsule with children's wishes will be launched to the ISS. The festival will continue until June 2.

The Movement of the First will announce the start of the first All-Russian contest among mentors of patriotic education "To Be, Not to Seem!". The contest is being implemented jointly with the Rospatriot program of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the "Warrior" (“Voin”) Center, the Ministry of Education of Russia, and the Association of Volunteer Centers, and aims to create a community of mentors for patriotic education and to form a reserve of mentors. More than 50,000 representatives of the patriotic education system will participate in the event.

Additionally, on June 1 at the Industrial Square, everyone can witness a unique floral costume show "Children's View: Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow", and on the Main Street Stage and in Pavilion No. 75, you join the flash mob "Wonderful Far Away."

On June 1, the exposition will launch tours along a new route "The Future about the Future," with guides being children — graduates of the "School of Young Tour Guides." You can join the tour, developed in collaboration with the Rosmolodezh program "More Than a Trip", in Pavilion No. 75.
