Siberian wild harvest, meat delicacies and Kamchatka salmon caviar: Farmers Fair awaits guests
This week, from July 2 to 7, Pavilion No. 48 will offer
visitors mushrooms and berries from the pristine areas of Siberia, wild fish
from Kamchatka, Yakutia and the Black Sea, as well as Adyghe cheeses and meat
products.
A participant from the Moscow region, under the brand "Aromas of Taiga", has long earned a stellar reputation among market visitors. The company specializes in the collection and processing of wild mushrooms and berries. Only the freshest and highest quality wild harvests from the pristine areas of Siberia make it to the stalls. Another unique and incredibly beneficial product is the natural cold-pressed sunflower oil made from raw sunflower seeds by the Moscow region company "Family of Flax".
The Kamchatka region will again delight with products from the brand "Kamchatka House — FROM THE TAIGA TO THE OCEAN". Guests can expect wild fish from Kamchatka, Siberia, Yakutia and the Black Sea. This includes caviar from wild Kamchatka salmon, whitefish, pike and sturgeon species, as well as crabs, shrimp, preserves and canned goods. Additionally, there will be teas and healthy sweets from the Kamchatka region, Altai and Siberia. All products are sourced from their natural habitats and made using traditional recipes with modern technological equipment.
Also, this week promises a true meat feast for guests. The
brand "Golden Adygea" will bring smoked delicacies: beef, chicken,
duck, turkey, quail and much more. The Perm brand "Kungur Turkey from the
Bannovs" will present farm-made turkey products, known as the healthiest
meat, rich in microelements, vitamins A, E, D, and B groups, high in protein
and low in cholesterol. The selection includes "Classic" ham,
boiled-smoked sausage, turkey aspic, turkey meat rillettes, pastrami and smoked
meat.
Moscow region brands "FAVOR" and "Retivy
Kaban" (lit. "Zealous Boar") have also become favorites among
market visitors. This week, guests can try and purchase dry-cured and smoked
sausages and meat delicacies made according to European recipes from Russian
farm raw materials.
