Filming of cinematic revelations about the family began at the RUSSIA EXPO

In the Year of the Family, Rostelecom launched a social movie project “Because We Are Family” to support all the invisible heroes of their own families who have stories to tell and things to share. The filming of their stories will last until July 4.
The project is based on a unique video format at the intersection of documentary journalism, psychology and feature film - “Movie Revelation” (https://rostelecom-semya.ru/kino/). This is not a show, not acting, there are no productions and no scripts. Twice a week in the Wink cinema-lecture hall in Pavilion E there will be filming of live movies - stories understandable to everyone, worldly wisdom and recognition of complex feelings. To take part in the project, you need to fill out a questionnaire on the “Because We Are Family” website: https://rostelecom-semya.ru/.
Stories of ordinary people - moms, dads, spouses, children, grandparents - about real true relationships, love, about joys and sorrows, funny and sad, about invisible daily work in the family are turned into mini-movies with poignant personal confessions.
The new social movie project will give everyone an opportunity to say the most important words to their relatives and friends. Frank conversations about feelings help to find support, to appreciate daily care, and sometimes to see the real love. Everyone has a story about something they don't talk about out loud: either they don't have time, or it's too late, or “it's obvious”. But if you do decide to tell about yourself and your family, we will support you and listen to you with warmth and attention. Your stories can make someone happier or even save someone's life.
