Scandinavian pies according to old recipes and meat delicacies await guests of the Farmers Fair
Farmers from the Khabarovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, Arkhangelsk and Belgorod regions will present their products at the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion 48 from May 7 to 12. It will be possible to buy and taste delicacies of meat and fish, unusual Nordic pies and natural chocolate.
Fans of meat and fish delicacies will definitely appreciate Khabarovsk products. The assortment includes fresh-frozen salmon and lightly salted salmon, fish preserves, smoked fish and fish steaks. And also raw meat delicacies: pork, beef, duck and raw sausages: Fuet, Milano, Chorizo, Finocchiona.
The Belgorod region will also delight with meat delicacies. A small family production can boast the highest quality and incredible flavor of its products. Traditional technology of fermentation with noble mold, which was settled 5.5 years ago from Spanish jamon, is used. As a result, the taste of sausages turned out to be more rich and complex, and the aroma - intense. It will also be possible to try and buy meat delicacies from the Kaluga region, which are already people's favorite. Producers use their own raw materials, exclusively top grade meat.
Also, during the week you can get acquainted with unusual products - Nordic pies and cakes made according to old original Scandinavian recipes. They are distinguished by simple, but at the same time, interesting combinations of flavors. For example, almonds and buttercream, meringue and sponge cake. All the pies are handmade.
And chocolate fans should try sweets from Nizhny Novgorod. This is a natural product made from the best cocoa beans using bean-to-bar technology - from bean to bar, as well as chocolate candies with unusual filling and nut praline.
