A fairy tale lion: a unique tableware collection appeared at the Department Store of the National Centre RUSSIA
Specifically for the National Centre RUSSIA, the Moscow ceramics brand "Lukomorye," a participant in the projects "Department Store" and "Made in Moscow," has created a special collection of tableware.
The lion, a symbol of the National Centre, has become the new protagonist of this exclusive tableware collection featuring fairy tale characters.
"Lukomorye"
is a brand born from a love for native culture. Tableware, jewelry, and
decorative items are hand-painted based on motifs from Russian fairy tales and
traditional symbols. In addition to the image of the lion, one can find
tableware featuring Baba Yaga, the Zmey Gorynych, the turnip, and geese-swans.
Unique shapes and hand-painted designs add a special charm to these items. At
the Department Store, it is possible to assemble the entire collection of
unique tableware. Any piece from this brand would make a wonderful gift for the
New Year holidays.
Signature
tableware from various regions is a special pride of the Department Store.
Hand-painted tea sets, mugs, and plates delighted visitors during the RUSSIA
EXPO and continue to amaze guests of the National Centre.
Modern
beverage mugs from craftsmen of the Moscow region are also showcased here,
harmoniously combining the traditional art of Gzhel with eco-friendly
solutions. These porcelain coffee mugs, decorated in the classic style, come
with special lids, making them convenient for on-the-go use. They offer a safer
and more environmentally friendly alternative to plastic and paper options,
demonstrating how traditions can adapt to contemporary demands.
Particular
attention should be given to the minimalist tableware collection from Buryatia,
inspired by the region's national culture. Each item is a true work of art,
thanks to its unique design and meticulously applied patterns.
The
National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian
Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA
