On International Women’s Day, 8 March, the National Centre RUSSIA will broadcast a livestream of the original multi-genre production "Russian Seasons. Spring". The livestream will be available on the website russia.ru in the "Livestreams and Videos" section at 17:00 Moscow time.

The premiere of the production took place at the National Centre RUSSIA on 7 March. The original multi-genre production "Russian Seasons. Spring" presents the great legacy of Russian culture. The performance is dedicated to the art of the early twentieth century and to the women who turned it into a global phenomenon. Different forms of art come together on stage: ballet, opera and music. Accompanied by the great works of Igor Stravinsky, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Modest Mussorgsky, multimedia screens bring to life the stage designs and paintings of Nicholas Roerich, Alexandre Benois and Leon Bakst. The audience is transported into a space where the great past and the present of Russian art meet.

For the convenience of viewers, a special guide to the performance has been prepared for the main premiere of this spring. It includes brief descriptions of the scenes, information about the main characters, performers and music, details about the unique artworks used in the multimedia design of the production, as well as the history of the "Russian Seasons". The guide is available via the link.
